1. Overview

Noosa is a digital ticketing platform that enables users to discover, organize, and purchase tickets for: (1) public or community events, (2) tickets to local tourist destinations, and (3) multi-day travel experiences with certified travel partners. By accessing or using Noosa's services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use our services. By using Noosa, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse our services or help others do so. This includes but is not limited to: uploading harmful content, violating laws, or interfering with our platform's operations.

4A. Event and Content Guidelines

We welcome a wide range of events on Noosa. However, we prohibit the promotion or sale of tickets to events that:

• Violate local or national laws
• Promote hate speech, violence, or discrimination
• Include false or misleading information
• Involve unsafe travel experiences without proper licensing

Noosa reserves the right to review, modify, or remove any event listing that violates these guidelines or damages the trust of our user community.

4B. Creating Events

Organizers who wish to create events on Noosa must provide accurate, complete, and lawful information regarding the event. By creating an event, you agree to:

• Ensure all event details (time, location, pricing, etc.) are accurate and kept up to date
• Obtain any required permits, licenses, or approvals relevant to the event
• Take full responsibility for the execution, safety, and compliance of the event
• Honor all commitments made in the event listing

Noosa reserves the right to suspend, edit, or remove events that violate these terms or fail to meet platform standards.

4C. Joining Events

Users who purchase or join events through Noosa are responsible for reviewing the event details and ensuring they meet any participation requirements. By joining an event, you acknowledge that:

• Noosa is not the event organizer and is not liable for the event's quality, safety, or execution
• You must follow the event organizer's instructions and comply with all applicable laws and regulations during the event
• Refunds, cancellations, or disputes must be addressed directly with the event organizer, unless otherwise stated

Noosa encourages users to report fraudulent or misleading events so appropriate action can be taken.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on Noosa, including text, images, logos, and software, is the property of Noosa or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

6. Payments

For now, all payments are processed directly between ticket buyers and the event organizer's designated bank account. Noosa does not process or store any financial data and is not responsible for failed, delayed, or disputed transactions. In future versions of the platform, we may introduce secure, integrated payment gateways. In that case, organizers and buyers will be notified of the updated payment process and policies.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the services at any time, without prior notice, for violations of these terms.

8. Disclaimer

The services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

9. Limitation of Liability

Noosa is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Jakarta.

11. Updates to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify users through the platform.

11A. Platform Role

Noosa acts as a facilitator between organizers, travel agencies, and ticket buyers. We do not own, operate, or manage the events, destinations, or travel packages listed on the platform. The organizer or provider is solely responsible for delivering the services promised in the listing.
