1. Overview

Noosa is an event platform that empowers anyone to create, discover, and join events with ease. Whether you're organizing a community gathering, workshop, or large-scale event, Noosa provides tools to help you manage ticketing, participants, and payments — all in one place.

By accessing or using Noosa's services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use our services. By using Noosa, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse our services or help others do so. This includes, but is not limited to: uploading harmful content, violating laws, or interfering with our platform's operation.

4A. Event and Content Guidelines

We welcome a wide range of events in Noosa. However, we prohibit the promotion or sale of tickets to events that:

Violate local or national laws
Promote hate speech, violence, or discrimination
Include false or misleading information
Compromise user safety or public order

Noosa reserves the right to review, modify, or remove any event listing that violates these guidelines or undermines the trust of our user community.

4B. Creating Events

Organizers who wish to create events on Noosa must provide accurate, complete, and lawful information. By creating an event, you agree to:

Ensure all event details (time, location, pricing, etc.) are accurate and up to date
Obtain any required permits, licenses, or approvals
Take full responsibility for the event's execution, safety, and compliance
Honor all commitments made in the event listing
Process all ticket transactions exclusively through the Noosa platform — organizers must not direct attendees to pay via any off-platform method (including cash on-the-spot, bank transfer, e-wallet, or third-party payment links), whether the event is free or paid
Not list an event as free on Noosa while collecting payment outside the platform in any form

Noosa reserves the right to suspend, edit, or remove events that violate these terms or fail to meet platform standards.

4C. Joining Events

Users who purchase or join events through Noosa are responsible for reviewing the event details before purchasing. By joining an event, you acknowledge that:

Noosa is not the event organizer and is not liable for the event's quality, safety, or execution
You must follow the event organizer's instructions and applicable laws during the event
Refunds, cancellations, or disputes must be addressed directly with the organizer unless otherwise stated

Noosa encourages users to report fraudulent or misleading events so that appropriate action can be taken.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on Noosa, including text, images, logos, and software, is the property of Noosa or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

6. Payments

Noosa supports secure payments through Midtrans, ensuring safe and seamless transactions between buyers and event organizers.

Organizers can easily request disbursement of their ticket sales through the Noosa team.
Disbursement is 100% free of charge — Noosa does not take any commission or fee.
Noosa is not responsible for failed or delayed disbursements caused by inaccurate organizer details or external payment system errors.
