Compromise user safety or public order

Noosa reserves the right to review, modify, or remove any event listing that violates these guidelines or undermines the trust of our user community.

4B. Creating Events

Organizers who wish to create events on Noosa must provide accurate, complete, and lawful information. By creating an event, you agree to:

Ensure all event details (time, location, pricing, etc.) are accurate and up to date
Obtain any required permits, licenses, or approvals
Take full responsibility for the event's execution, safety, and compliance
Honor all commitments made in the event listing

Noosa reserves the right to suspend, edit, or remove events that violate these terms or fail to meet platform standards.

4C. Joining Events

Users who purchase or join events through Noosa are responsible for reviewing the event details before purchasing. By joining an event, you acknowledge that:

Noosa is not the event organizer and is not liable for the event's quality, safety, or execution
You must follow the event organizer's instructions and applicable laws during the event
Refunds, cancellations, or disputes must be addressed directly with the organizer unless otherwise stated

Noosa encourages users to report fraudulent or misleading events so that appropriate action can be taken.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on Noosa, including text, images, logos, and software, is the property of Noosa or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

6. Payments

Noosa supports secure payments through Midtrans, ensuring safe and seamless transactions between buyers and event organizers.

Organizers can easily request disbursement of their ticket sales through the Noosa team.
Disbursement is 100% free of charge — Noosa does not take any commission or fee.
Noosa is not responsible for failed or delayed disbursements caused by inaccurate organizer details or external payment system errors.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the services at any time, without prior notice, for violations of these terms.

8. Disclaimer

The services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

9. Limitation of Liability

Noosa is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Jakarta.

11. Updates to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify users through the platform.

Noosa acts as a facilitator between event organizers and participants. We do not own, operate, or manage the events listed on the platform. Organizers are solely responsible for delivering the event experience promised in their listings.
